1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by The Satish IT Services Training Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site and training materials are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.
3. Training and Certification
All training programs are designed to provide industry-standard knowledge. Certification is awarded based on completion of the course, attendance, and successful clearing of assessments. We do not guarantee employment, although we provide 100% placement assistance.
4. User Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during training sessions. Any form of harassment, distribution of course materials without permission, or unauthorized access to our digital infrastructure will lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Satish IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
