Refund & Cancellation

1. Course Enrollment
Once a student enrolls in a course at The Satish IT Services, a seat is blocked for them. This means we may turn away other potential candidates once a batch reaches its full capacity.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of enrollment must be requested at least 3 days before the batch start date for a full refund of the base amount (excluding registration fees and taxes). No cancellations are accepted once the batch has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- Course cancellation by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment made twice due to technical errors.
- Requested at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Initial registration/admission fee.
- Software licenses or learning materials already issued.
- Taxes paid to the government.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method or through a bank transfer as per our accounting policies.
6. Course Transfer
If you are unable to attend a batch, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch within 6 months, subject to availability and approval from the management.
